Desired Skills and Experience Excellent knowledge of MS Office Time management and organizational skills Customer service skills Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships Ability to work as a team to reach goals Must have a great attitude and work ethic Demonstrated career progression and job stability Bilingual in Spanish is a MUST No direct experience is necessary to be considered What You Will Be Doing (Duties) Evaluate individual customer needs and financial status to propose insurance plans Meet sales targets and develop sales tools Take initiative and work independently while working in a fast-pace environment Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship Reach out to customer leads by using our in house platforms Exceed client expectations by resolving customer problems and complaints Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports Work with a variety of A-rated carriers to tailor each client's experience Participate and engage in our trainings to expand your job knowledge and learn about new products and services Have an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
