I am looking for a female Instructional Coach to work with me in Mission Hills, CA.
I am a night owl, and looking for someone who can work from about 6PM until I go to bed around 1:
30AM! I need assistance with transfers, dinner and physical needs due to Cerebral Palsy.
I love God, my dog, my friends and family.
I enjoy meaningful conversations.
I am also looking for support related to checking emails, Facebook and help with Bible study.
Responsibilities of an Instructional Coach - Direct Support for individuals with DD/I - Job Coaching - Teach/Coach and Instruct in Daily Living Skills in the community/home - Transport the individuals you support in the community Requirements - Live Scan Clearance - Clean Driving Record - High School Diploma - Ability to write or dictate progress notes daily Rewards of being an Instructional Coach at Avenues SLS - Positive work environment - Have a purpose and build a relationship with the people you support.
