- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients - Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary paperwork - Maintain patient records and update information as needed - Assist with billing and insurance claims processing - Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow - Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role - Knowledge of dental office procedures and terminology - Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Dentrix or eClinicalWorks - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Note:
