Financial statement preparation & review Audit preparation Assist property managers in review of leases referencing NNN charges, increases, etc.
Assist property managers in responding to tenants' accounting questions Responsible for all A/R and related correspondence for shopping center properties Responsible for billings, common area maintenance, tax, and insurance Assist with month and year-end requirements Prepare annual budget on commercial properties Maintain and organize record keeping Reconcile certificates of deposit, post interest, reconcile 1099's, and prepare spreadsheets Perform special projects as assigned Source:
