Job Description POSITION TITLE:
Senior Project Manager PRIMARY FUNCTION:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of project management including, but not limited to, the planning, delegating, monitoring and control of all aspects of the project, and the motivation of those involved, to achieve the project objectives within the expected performance targets for time, cost, quality, scope, benefits, and risks.
Dynamic, pragmatic, strategic skills.
The ability to structure business needs across markets.
Ability to solve conflicting interests for the best of the company Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of projects.
Hold business resources and IT resources accountable.
? Implement best practices for project management and follow an approved project management methodology, preferable PRINCE2.
Partner with key stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), business partners, and others to align IT strategy and planning with business goals.
Must be able to clearly align business goals across markets; mediating conflict and negotiating compromise.
Ensure that standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all IT and business changes, in order to minimize the impact of any change introduced into the business environment.
Facilitate efficient communication and prompt handling of all changes, and maintain the proper balance between the need for change and the potential detrimental impact of changes.
Must be able to implement change, even if it is unpopular.

Qualifications:
Education:
Degree in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
MBA preferred but not required.
Skills:
Experience interfacing with executives and managers at the most senior level.
Excellent leadership skills with senior level management experience.
Experience managing staff and leading teams preferred.
Ability to manage multiple high priority initiatives in a fast paced, highly technical environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Experience with ITIL and IT support processes.
Experience in retail business or direct selling is preferred but not required.
Ability to communicate in Portuguese and/or German preferred but not required.
PRINCE2 Certification preferred but not required.
Other:
International travel required.
