Business Manufacturing Country US State/Province California Shift_ 1st Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure that critical knowledge is captured, shared and archived Has an overview and understanding of the entire manufacturing network Drive alignment, improvements and change control across sites Ensure that we establish and maintain a pipeline of innovation Assist plants in achieving expected process performance Ensure the deployment of QbD and that it delivers value to the business Oversee a group of specialists for each key product line Lead cross facilities initiatives on Yields and Process Robustness Work closely with R and D/Process Development:
Improvements of current products Oversee harmonization of equipment, procedures and practices across sites Work closely with the Engineering group of BioScience for optimization of current facilities and implementation of innovation Develop and deploy the concept of Manufacturing Product Owner (MPO) Participate in Due Diligence activities :
Supporting the Companys growth plan Work closely with the Technology, Plasma and BioSurgery group of Technical Services BioScience to share best practices Job Requirements Incumbent has demonstrated his ability to lead large, cross functional teams.
Incumbent must be able to travel up to 25 of the time.
Strong interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills are required.
Education University degree in Engineering, Sciences or Industrial Pharmacy Experience Number of years of
