Customer Service / Dispatcher needed
For a busy carpet cleaning company located in the west san fernando valley, a very responsible customer service representative/dispatcher is needed immediately.
Excellent English language is a must.
Bi-Lingual is a PLUS (spanish).
Basic computer skills and excellent people skills are essential.
Local Only , Must have transportation or live few miles from West Hills Woodland HillsTarzana Must be able to work Saturday or Sunday Responsibilities include - Dispatch service technicians - Interaction with customers & fellow employees - Answering incoming customer service calls - Problem solving to resolve customer issues Past experience in any service companies is a PLUS.
