Sales Representative Real Estate Broker (Burbank Ca. )
Sales Representative Opportunity Industry -- Laundromat / Coin Store Sales and Outfitting, New Development, Equipment Sale, Broker License.
Compensation - Commensurate with experience including a commission based incentive plan.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer prospecting towards achieving agreed to sales results.
Effectively manage cost of sales, personal time and productivity.
Plan and manage their business portfolio to ensure that agreed to monthly results and marketing strategy goals are achieved.
Manage product mix to ensure margins and bottom line results are achieved.
Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction results are achieved.
Introduce new product and service offerings to existing customers.
Participate in product launches, open houses and trade shows.
Respond and follow up with all leads and sales inquiries.
Monitor, record and report on a factual basis all competitor activities.
Attend training programs and seminars to improve business knowledge.
Join and attend meetings of any relevant industry / business associations.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
