Transporter ( Per Diem - Variable Shift )
Providence is calling a per diem, variable shift Transporter to Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA.
In this position you will:
Perform activities related to transportation of patients as directed.
Provide mail and messenger services.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for healthcare providers from the American Heart Association
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Previously related experience
Extremely heavy physical effort (lift/carry 50 lbs or more) lofts, positions, pushes and/or transfers patients
Prolonged, extensive, or considerable standing/walking
